The things clubs ask us
Do we have to use Stripe?
No. Everything works without it. Families can pay by bank transfer and you mark invoices paid. Connect Stripe only when you want card payments, memberships or a store — the rate depends on your plan.
Can we change plans or drop a module?
Any time. Anything you built in a module you've turned off stays visible and exportable.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans roll month to month. Pay annually and get two months free.
We want every module — do we need Enterprise?
No. Enterprise is for running more than one club, not for wanting more features. A single club can add every module individually on top of Club Core and still not need it.
What does Club Agent have access to?
Only your club's data, only what the person asking is allowed to see. It never sends anything without your approval.
