Run the club.
Not the paperwork.
myClubHub takes the registrations, teams, fixtures, messaging, payments and scoring off your committee’s kitchen table and automates roughly 80% of the admin a season runs on.
Trusted by clubs and coaching businesses managing 600+ registered members across Australia.
Illustrative benchmark — a 600-member club across a 24-week season. Replace with your own figures before launch.
The committee is doing a full-time job for free
Every community club runs on the same handful of volunteers, the same spreadsheet and the same Sunday night. Here is what myClubHub does with each of those jobs.
| The job | Doing it by hand | With myClubHub | Hours back |
|---|---|---|---|
| Season registrations | Paper forms, a Google Sheet, and a registrar chasing 200 parents for birth dates and payment. | One online form with rules built in. Fees taken on submission, receipts issued, registrar sees a live roll. | 13.5 |
| Team placement | A weekend on a whiteboard, then three rounds of parent complaints about even teams. | Set the allocation policy once — age, grade, skill, friend requests — and the balancer builds every team in minutes. | 18.0 |
| Training & game schedule | Ground bookings in one calendar, fixtures in another, wet-weather changes by text at 7am. | One schedule per team. Change it once and every parent, player and coach is notified instantly. | 17.0 |
| Attendance & RSVPs | Coaches counting heads at 6pm, not knowing if they have nine players until they arrive. | RSVP list is live before the coach leaves home. Check-ins logged against the player record. | 9.0 |
| Fees & club finances | The treasurer reconciling bank transfers against a member list, then writing the awkward reminder emails. | Payment plans, automated reminders and a reconciled ledger the treasurer can hand over intact. | 23.0 |
| Communication | Four Facebook groups, a WhatsApp per team, and no record of who was told what. | Club-wide notifications, team chat and coach-to-parent messaging in one place, with permissions and a history. | 11.5 |
| Uniforms & merch | A sizing spreadsheet, a cash tin, and a box of unclaimed shirts in the canteen. | Club store with sizes, stock and payment — ordered, paid and picked without a volunteer in the middle. | 8.0 |
| Scores, ladders & stats | A scorebook photographed at the diamond and typed up Monday morning. | Scored live on the phone. Ladders, player stats and season records update themselves. | 12.0 |
| Accreditations & WWCC | A folder of screenshotted certificates, and no reliable way to know whose Working with Children Check lapsed. | Uploads, expiry dates and verification tracked per coach, with the club alerted before anything lapses. | 6.5 |
| Committee handover | A shoebox of logins and whatever the outgoing secretary remembers to explain. | Roles, permissions and club history stay with the club, not the person who left. | — |
| Season total | Roughly three weeks of unpaid work, handed back to the people who volunteered to coach, not to administer. | 118.5 | |
Hours are an illustrative benchmark for a 600-member community club over a 24-week season, not a guarantee. We will build the same table with your club’s real numbers once you get in touch.

Club Agent
$49/ moYour very own personal club assistant, for the minor tasks that eat your week.
An AI assistant that knows your club and does the admin. Ask it anything in plain English — who hasn't paid, which sessions are under-booked, who's slipping — then let it draft the reminders, build the session plan and prep the parent update. You approve everything before it goes out.
“Any outstanding registration fees? Send a reminder email to everyone who owes.”
“Set up training schedules for every team, then email and notify everyone.”
“Take the AGM meeting notes and send them to the board and all club members.”
Staged rollout. Nobody switches everything at once.
Volunteer committees have been burned by big migrations. We prove one feature with one team before it goes near the whole club — and that order is the point, not a formality.
Pick the pain
We start with the one job costing your committee the most hours. Usually registrations or fees.
Pilot with one team
One team, one age group, one season block. Small enough that if it is wrong, nothing breaks.
Open to the club
Once that team's parents are using it without being chased, the same module opens to everyone.
Add the next module
Repeat in your priority order. Most clubs are running four to six modules by the end of a season.
Eleven questions about your club, what you use today, and which module hurts most. Send it back and we return a Club Activation Plan — your rollout order, your pilot team and your go-live date — within 3 business days.
Coaches and clubs already running on myClubHub
A baseball club in Western Australia, and two performance coaching businesses, are live on the platform today.

“myClubHub has been a game changer for Ascending Sports Performance. Parents and athletes love the AI features, my admin time has been cut right back, receivables are finally consolidated, and it's put us years ahead of the competition.”

“I love the booking system — my clients just see a session time and book it. All I do is check my calendar to see who I'm coaching or training that day, week or month. I also love setting up group camps and clinics — the platform lets me cap numbers and split groups, so I can focus on running the session instead of moving people around. It's a great time saver.”
The questions every committee asks
- What does it cost?
- Club Core starts at $49 AUD a month and covers the essentials — no card processor required. Add modules like Coaching, Communications & CRM or the Season & Tournament Scheduler as you need them, or step up to Coach or Club Plus for a bundle. Running more than one club? Enterprise is POA. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
- Our committee is not technical.
- That is the assumption the product is built on. If a task needs a manual, it is not finished. We do the migration and the training, and the pilot is deliberately small.
- We are mid-season. Can we still start?
- Yes. Mid-season starts usually begin with fees or communication, because neither requires re-registering anyone. Registrations are best timed to your next intake.
- Who owns the data?
- The club does. Member records, history and financials export in full at any time, and the handover pack exists so a new committee is never locked out.
- We already use another platform.
- Most clubs do, and most are using one module of it. We migrate your member list and run alongside it during the pilot so nothing is lost in the switch.
- Do parents need another app?
- They get one app that replaces the group chat, the fixture PDF and the payment email. The member tour lets them see exactly that before they commit.
